Question about Botox use, first time user

Hi, I'm thinking about getting Botox soon, and wondered if anyone who's tried it has any suggestions for me. Do you feel it was worth the expense? How long did it last for you? Are there any tips for pre or post injection to reduce side effects? Must I avoid the sun on my face? I thank you for any advice you can offer. Did you see results right away? Next step will be a filler, should I do both at once?
