Question about Alpha Hydrox ResQ

I already use the Alpha Hydrox glycolic wipes and the cleanser, and just stocked up on those during the sale. But also ordered 4 tubes of the ResQ (again taking advantage of the sale)! I read the instructions, but it doesn't say if you can use this every night. For those of you who use the ResQ..........do you use it nightly, or every other night? Thanks for any input! :-)
