I'm one of the ones who's hair started to fall out.  I quit immediately, so didn't join the lawsuit.  If a product makes my skin itch, causes a rash, or my hair falls out I stop using them.  My hair returned to normal after a few weeks.

Over 12 years user here.  My hair is thick and straight.  I get volume and bounce.  Will never use anything else.
