Question About Tea Tree

I have baby fine hair. I've been using POM since the TSV. I like it but Lisa keeps touting Tea Tree for fine thin hair. I know what Tea Tree oil smells like and it is pungent. Is the WEN Tea Tree that strong of fragrance as the oil?

I want to buy a gallon but not sure I want to try TT if the smell is strong.
