Re: Question About Emjoi......

When it quits removing/smoothing as it once was. I do lightly wash my roller off to remove any dead skin buildup, so they last longer, like tapping a finger nail file after use, to clean of sorts. I don't saturate it, just a light rinse. I also have various grades of roller to address some of the various needs of my feet throughout the year.

Re: Question About Emjoi......

As tigress said, when you notice it is not working/removing dead skin as well. You'll probably think, "Gee, this is taking a long time!"

I usually use it for a while with it not working very well before I actually realize it needs a new roller. lol... they last quite a while so it is usually a surprise to me.

Re: Question About Emjoi......

Before putting a new roller in, try a fresh set of batteries. It seems as though it uses up batteries quickly. Too, I just put the new heavy duty roller in and it is quicker. For the quickest yet, I use a. CVS hand held callous remover (think very large file) and then go over with the Emjoi. What a world of difference!!!!
