Any thoughts on the Desert fragrance or Tropical Summer fragrance? Summer Grace is not for me although I think it is lovely smelling. Thanks!

None of them have the beautiful floral smell like Amazing Grace, if you love that, stick with that one.

@Shelbelle Can you give a good description of the actual fragrances of all the ones you've tried?

I love getting a Philosophy summer set (last year I had Sea of Love, which I did like...I also liked that it was a 3-piece set with the lotion too; I think the layering helps.)

I would love to try one of the ones offered this year...having trouble figuring out what they might be like and no reviews yet..

Of the graces, I do like the floral of AG, but Pure Grace is my favorite...clean, fresh.

That said...I usually like fresh, clean, salt air, (musk and vanilla warm notes, especially during winter months.) I'm ok with some light florals or citrus background notes. For summer I'm open....3 of them look interesting to me. But the descriptions are hard to grasp what to expect.. a mix of many notes they describe.

Anything you can describe in better detail than they did online could help. TIA. 🐚🌊🌞

Hello, Amy, here is what I have, I am not good at describing fragrances and cant tell one note from the other, but I will do what I can, all I know is whether I like a fragrance or I dont, I can tell you I dont like Falling in Love or Baby Grace, if that helps you.  I pretty much like most other Phil fragrances, so I have these, I usually buy them on Ebay when I get a good price

Pure Grace Summer Surf, very nice, probably the closest to orig Pure Grace

Pure Grace Desert Summer, nice a little on the woodsy side

Pure Grace Summer, probably the faintest smelling of the 5

Pure Grace Endless Summer, probably the sweetest of the 5

Summer Grace, also very subtle, but sweet

I wish I could be more specific, but I really cant.  I really do like Nude Rose a lot, wear that very often.

@Shelbelle it actually did narrow it down for me, so thank you. I still haven't ordered though. Not looking for sweet. I do like woodsy fragrances but for fall/winter. I think what they have now is different than "PGS", which you called the "faintest" smell and I believe reviews said there wasn't enough fragrance.  I think it's "Summer
Grace" they were offering with these sets, which hopefully has more fragrance...that's what I probably would have gotten but I see it's not even listed as sold-out, just off the table now. Not even sure Philosophy.com had them, so I may have missed out.

I have a little Sea of Love body cream, and some perfume left from last summer....I loved that though I only smelled it when I first sprayed it on...within 30 minutes didn't smell it anymore, sadly. Thanks again for breaking it down, best you could!
