Would love any insight on purchasing products via QVC or Wen.com It seems to me that QVC is cheaper than as a member of wen on wen.com. Also, I noticed that MANY products on QVC site are NOT available on wen.com

Does anyone else think this is weird? And why be a 'member' if there aren't any or much benefits?

Insight from you would be great !!

wen dot com is Guthey Rinker's site for WEN products. They are the company that do the informercials on TV. It's still WEN products, approved by Chaz, but there are some minor ingredient differences because Guthey Rinker sells WEN in several countries and they have to comply with those country's laws. They do have a limited selection compared to QVC and do require a membership initially, which is just an auto-delivery, auto-pay system. You can cancel the membership, some people have no problems cancelling, others report difficulties cancelling. From what I understand, once you are a "member" there are more items available for you, but still not the variety on QVC.

QVC sells the original, USA formula and offers all the products Chaz develops. One of the perks of buying from QVC is their return policy and also the fact that when Chaz is on, he educates and explains the ingredients and uses of each product. You can also get WEN products directly from Chaz Dean's website, which is chazdean.com.

I know it seems confusing, but it's the basically the same product minus the few tweaks required for international shipping. There are ladies on the forum who buy from Guthey Rinker and QVC. I stick with QVC because of my personal preferences not because I feel there's anything wrong with the products sold by Guthey Rinker.

Hi KittyKorner! I love LOVE Wen.com! They are my primary source for Wen. As a member, you get discounts (free shipping, 20% off, etc.), access to their full website which shows all of their products, and they are very generous with the samples. They are much cheaper than QVC.

QVC is my secondary source for Wen. I buy products from QVC that Wen.com doesn't offer (oils and BGT). The oil that I like is frequently on backorder, so eBay or Amazon is my next source. I frequently get the oils $10 cheaper than QVC and with free shipping.

Get your flu shot...because I didn't.

Just wanted to add you can also buy from Chaz at chazdean.com, prices are higher but if you spend $100 shipping and handling is free. Many of us Q shoppers also purchase from Chaz periodically. A few times a year he runs a sale. Last year was the first year he ran a Black Friday sale, (15 o/o off), he sometimes has one around Mother's Day but he didn't this year.
