QVC shipping time ?????

Why does shipping take so long when other retailers can almost work magic? I ordered a large TV from Crutchfield on a Monday and it arrived on Wednesday - free shipping. Amazon is usually very fast and Zappos and Overstock are incredible! Those are just a few. I just do not think that "volume" is the answer. With the much higher shipping prices than all others you would think it would be even faster!
