QVC returns

Amazes me how SLOW QVC returns are to post!!!! The other channel not only alerts you about the progress of the return, it also posts it promptly!!!! Not sure what the difference is, but it feels like once you drop the return off, it goes out to the sea of oblivion, never to know when it might reappear..........somewhere????? Just a quick VENT..............thanks!!!!

I agree.

I received two pieces of clothing that were packed together in the same bag and were on the same invoice.

They were returned in the same bag but the credit for one item appeared one month on my statement and the credit for the other did not appear until the following month. I didn't understand that at all.
