So I ordered what I thought was 2 tickets and boxes after I saw the email yesterday then a little bit ago I was reading the FAQ. It says 1 ticket per email which is also I assume 1 box. I wanted the 2nd for my cousin as she took me to the one in Philly 2 years ago for my birthday. They let me put 2 in my basket. it aslo state you cannot pay by qcard but it automatically went on my qcard. i am really confused.

I also called to get a refund on the shipping, too.

From what I could understand, we get our event tickets by e-mail sometime soon.

I believe that's what the shipped by the next day-type messages are about that we're seeing, because we're supposed to get an e-mail about our virtual tickets for the event.

I believe that they come separately from the box.

I think that's confusing, because I thought that they came with the box..?

Anyway, sometime closer to the event, they're supposed to send out the boxes to us.

We're supposed to receive them in September, the latest time-frame being Sept. 16th.
