Q's shipping charges are high and I think they should do a better job. I usually don't have any trouble but when I do it's something that is coming from Florence, SC. Q claims they use a third-party to take the shipments from Q's warehouse to UPS/USPS and there is nothing they can do after it leaves the warehouse unless it isn't delivered by the promised date. Some people say we can't blame Q for that. I say the Q is saving money by using some third-party that is less expensive and seems to be not as efficient! If Q would pass the savings to us I might not mind but I haven't seen it. How is it that other retailers can sell items for the same price as Q but offer reduced or free shipping? You would think Q gets some really great deals on the actual goods and on shipping so I don't see why it should cost so much.

And yes, I know I don't have to shop at Q so please don't tell me that. We are just having a discussion about the cost and quality of shipping. Thanks for letting me vent!

Shipping on electronics is often slow. If you're in a big hurry, buy them elsewhere.

This being my first order this really worries me. Souds like the majority have shipping issues. Can the status change at anytime, or will it change from In Process to shipping early in the day?

Just got home, and it was here! By USPS, the tracking had showing absolutely nothing the entire time. Not even "in process", lol.

Nice, glad you got it. What did it say under order status if it didn't even say In Process though and when did they charge you? CS told me as soon as the money comes out then it has shipped regardless of what the order status says.

I ordered a watch the end of August and a couple of days later I tried to cancel it but it said that I couldn't because it was already being shipped~! I thought, well, ok. It did not REALLY ship out FOR SIX DAYS AFTER I ORDERED IT! Six days!! Not only could they have cancelled the order when I tried but probably for days afterwards.

Still no bracelet. The head of Shipping at QVC should be fired. And the idiots working for him/her as well. There is absolutely NO excuse for this type of customer service when they charge the outrageous prices for shipping they do. They've been around for many years so simply NO EXCUSE PERIOD.

There has been numerous posts about shipping problems and shipping seems to be QVC' s weakest link. I recently responded to a post about shipping and received 'a slap on the hand' for telling the truth. QVC should research and resolve these shipping problems instead of punishing the customer without notification and deleting their posts. If these reoccurring problems can not be resolved or working to resolve please just let us know via customer appreciation email or post. ###### Punishing the customer without explanation does not solve the problems and only leaves the customer frustrated with further negative views about QVC. ###### Please stop the punishment, deal with the issues, and appreciate your customers. Most customers, me included, just want improved service when possible. : )
