Mr rebates is 4 right now.It was 5 but dropped to.....1 is not much is it!

It probably is permanent. I'm sure Q can afford to offer more then 4% on Mr. Rebates. HSN is offering 8% right now. I don't like that SHQ does not offer rebates from any of these sites as far as I know. When I shop I look to see who has the best price, free shipping, a discount & rebate. LOL!!! Just bought DH the Born Manny leather oxfords reg. $115 for $80 free shipping & 12% rebate which is almost another $10 off.

i have never heard of these sites but i just signed up for befrugal. i feel like i am missing a step on how to get the 8.8%. can you please explain?
