Mine shipped on 3/16 but I live in California and it won't be here until next week some time. I ordered the BGT also and I sure hope I won't be disappointed and not have it in the order

I don't want a refund, I want my BGT, but it is like they don't want to give it to me. I've never had to deal with the customer service and I was very disappointed with the woman I spoke with.

16 oz.HD and 32 oz of what ever CC you chose..mine was BGT.

I always understood that the vendors provided products pre-packaged for shipping to the Q? If you don't get the resolution you hope for from QVC you might contact Chaz's customer service? I'm not sure though, but worth a try.
