QVC BETTER come through....

I ordered the TSV in Bamboo early before the presentation on 3/10, just arrived today and I got a 32 oz 613 in the box. First off, I have never had it take this long for an item to get to me and second, when I called customer service she said they will refund my account and are requesting to see if I can still get it bc it is sold out! I said I purchased BGT and this is what I paid for, so I want it! I also made sure to state that I shouldn't have to pay for return shipping of an item that was sent to me incorrectly. She said they will pay for it and they better. This is the first time in the 2 years I've been shopping at the Q that I have had a problem and will be very disappointed if this doesn't work out for me. I have to call back in 72 hours to see if they can get me my BGT......ugh! I am VERY upset right now bc I REALLY want the BGT hence the ordering early to be guaranteed it. ${#emotions_dlg.angry}$

Oh boy sorry this happened to you. I've been having a string of failures with the Q lately so I feel your pain. They are usually pretty good at correcting their mistakes though just don't take no for an answer and I'm sure it will work out for you. I have a few fires I'm still trying to put out with them but won't know until next month when I get my bill that they corrected their errors.

Same with me. I ordered the TT re-moist and oil combo some time ago along with other stuff. It all shipped at the same time. Except the combo wasn't in there. They gave me a refund, but couldn't ship it out to me as the combo had become wait listed by then. I waited until this weekend, then finally canceled my wait list order as I got a bunch of the re-moist this weekend.

Yikes ... mine is supposed to arrive today...Hope I got the correct TSV. Also this is the fastest shipping if it arrives...I have ever gotten from QVC...it usually takes 8-11 days for me to receive an item.

If your orders keep getting mixed up, can't you order direct from a web site? I sometimes get the wrong item, but this sounds like a bigger mess than I've ever had.

I thought the 32 oz 613 is part of the TSV, wasn't it? ${#emotions_dlg.confused1}$

The 613 was a 16 oz and the 32 oz was the TT, Pom, BGT, etc

This shipping was ridiculous in time! I got items I ordered 4 days after the TSV first! I live in Northeast PA and the WEN products ship out from PA, so I don't know what the problem was. I've been dying to try the BGT, so I will be highly disappointed if I don't get it. I know it is silly, but I am really upset about this! Don't come between me and my WEN! ${#emotions_dlg.mad}$

Their shipping of late has really been atrocious and their refund take forever.

I rarely ever buy from HSN and usually everything I buy from them (clothing) I return because it is never to my liking. I ordered during a Naeem Khan show (very expensive stuff) and when it arrived I didn't think the item was worth $89.50 so I returned it. I no sooner sent it back using their EZ return that I got an email saying the return was on it's way and 5 days later I had a refund.

It used to be just the opposite in my experience. QVC used to refund and ship quickly and HSN was terrible but the roles have reversed.
