Q Insiders ... Feb is up

Bring up the current or a past issue. In the upper left select MENU, then select ARCHIVE. You will see the Feb issue. Very glad it will be a boring month for beauty TSVs for me as all my budget will be going towards the WEN TSV. There will be a Philosophy, Instyler, and Dr. Denise TSV's.
