I read the ingredient deck on my Great Mystery, and the directions on this new mask, and it looks like it is the same. Maybe they just changed the name.

I was just coming here to post about this. I am almost positive it is the same thing. The ingredients are nearly identical as are the descriptions. In fact, this line is on both descriptions:

to have great looking skin, you have to get the first step right. well cleansed skin allows other products to work more effectively.

I don't care really, I just hope it works as well as the great mystery did and maybe it will be cheaper. I doubt it though.

ITA! I use Great Mystery every morning. Maybe I will go to the Phil website and see if it is on sale, prior to the launch of the mask, and stock up!

The great mystery was one of my favorite philosophy products, and I used it for many years. They are smart to rebrand it under the purity line.
