Puffy Eyes :(

Do you ladies have any tips or tricks for when your eyes are puffy all around?

Almost 3 weeks ago my Mom had a hemmoragic stroke, and that same week my Dad had to start chemo again.

Last night I had a pretty rough night and hit a wall - I cried for 2 hours then on and off all night. Now I'm at work and my eyes look and feel horrendous!

Any help would be appreciated.
