My youngest has been practicing her make-up for weeks for her Jr Prom. She wants to wear something a little more bold than she'd wear to school. Looking for sparkle, maybe foiled, not afraid of color. She is fair, wears Medium foundation. Light blue eyes that will look greenish when she wears greens (which is a look she wants to avoid - wants to accentuate those baby blues). Her hair is dark brown and she will be wearing a yellow gown - a soft yellow, not quite pastel, kind of like a yellow rose would look.

She's liked the look of golds and browns, but nothing has jumped out and said 'this is it!'. Any expert advice, friends? Thanks!
