Could you please improve on the pump delivery? The bottle will have at least 1/4 of the contents remaining, and the pump won't work. This has happened with every bottle of WEN I've purchased, and it's a pain to have to remove the pump, shake the thick cream out (without it flying everywhere), and then put the pump back--all while in the shower!

Thanks!

Hi, I tend to keep the push cap that comes on the bottles that way when the pump stops working I can put the original cap on and leave my bottles upside down and squeeze out the product.

I save the flat cap they come with and just toss the pump once it no longer works. Then I just store the bottle upside down and squeeze it out. Easy.

I use a flip top cap on mine, and turn it upside down. When even that doesn't work, I add a little water and shake well...use one more pump when cleansing to compensate for the extra water.

I don't believe anything can be done about the pump. The product is just so thick that it leaves a "hole" as it's pumped out. When the bottle is fuller, the weight of the product pushes down to fill the "hole". But after 2/3 to 3/4 of it has been used, the remaining product is too light to fill the hole, thus the problem. All of my pumps have reached all the way to the bottom of the bottle, so making the tube longer wouldn't help.
