Product Pump

Could you please improve on the pump delivery? The bottle will have at least 1/4 of the contents remaining, and the pump won't work. This has happened with every bottle of WEN I've purchased, and it's a pain to have to take the pump out, shake the thick cream out (without it flying everywhere), and then put the pump out--all while in the shower!
