Product Packaging Request

I love, love, love the WEN products, but I always have problems with the function of the cream cleanser pumps. Sometimes they just don't work, but usually, when I get to the bottom of the bottle the pump can't get to the product and I have to pound it against my palm to get the last 1/2 inch from the bottom. CHAZ, if you read this, would you consider soft, squeeze, tube-type bottling for the cleansers? It would be so easy to ensure you get every last dollop of product from the container. Thank you!
