Problems With Packaging Of Eye Shadow Sticks

I have 7 eyeshadow sticks and 3 of the caps are cracked. Now I'm not abusive to my make up and wonder if other people have this problem. Also some of my shadow sticks are loose from the container and could actually fall out.Mally should look into quality control for her packaging of these shadow sticks(love them anyway).
