Problem with QVC!

I am new to QVC I have been a buyer for about 1.5 years and I keep having the same reoccurring problem with QVC. I will get a shipping confirmation in my email and I wait two days to check the tracking number. Every time I place an order maybe for two items two days apart I ONLY GET ONE! This has been happening to me repeatedly and I mean 4 times in two monthes. I have to call QVC and explain to them although they both have a tracking numbers doesn't mean you shipped it! Then they have to try to overnight it to me so I get it on the right day even though they already billed me, but never shipped it! Does or has anyone else had this problem? {#emotions_dlg.mad}
