Proactiv and QVC

Please Help!!!

Has Qvc stopped selling Proactiv? This is the only product that has worked for my daughter. Now everything is on a waitlist. Has anyone heard, seen, dreamed, about vendor problems? I have called customer service and they dont know anything.
