Has anyone gotten their replacement products from the Proactiv recall. I have spent hours on the phone trying to track mine down and now they tell me the products are on back order and it could take MONTHS before I receive them. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with them they said you are not our customer you are a QVC customer speak with them about it. How is this QVC's problem? Really? I am so upset with Proactiv I don't ever want to purchase from them again. Has anyone had any luck getting their replacements?
