Leslie says the BE foundation can help your skin. What about if you use the Prime Time under it? - isn't that 'blocking' the BE foundation from hitting your skin directly? I have never heard this question come up.
So, I guess what I'm trying to ask is, if you want your skin to improve by using the BE foundation, will using the Prime Time not give as good of results, or doesn't it matter if you use the Prime Time, too?
