Prime Time Problem

I need some advice... I love the velvety feel of Prime Time, but lately I find that my face gets flakes over it when I put on my foundation. Do you think I should let it dry and set longer before applying foundation? My BFF says she has the same problem. I wish you all a blessed holiday season!
