Does anyone know if the price is supposed to increase in auto ship? I have an auto ship at hsn and I noticed a $10 price increase since I originally purchased on auto ship. I thought auto ship locked in the price.

By chance, did you use a coupon code or spendable kash on the first shipment?
Another possibility is that your first shipment was was an introductory price.
Lastly, it's a mistake, a glitch in their system. I've had it happen before too and had to call to get it fixed.
Take a screenshot of the listing page and the A/S terms. Call CS and they will search your order history details, if you can't find it, They will be able to see if there were any discounts or spendable Kash applied to the first shipment. As long as there was no discounts or an introductory pricing situation, stand your ground and refer the CS to the A/S wording on the listing page. They should be able to adjust the future pricing for you. If the CS isn't helpful, ask him/her for a supervisor. They'll fix it for you, and maybe offer a little spendable kash for your inconvenience.

This happened to me over at HSN awhile back with a Lancôme product. It was about the time that the product was going up in the retail stores as well. Maybe with brand names they have to correspond with what's at the stores🤷🏻♀️.

They can't do that on an active plan. They can only change the price on a new listing for the same item.
