Pressed powder recommendations

Just found out I have asthma so when my BE foundation is done I'm not going to reorder. Can anyone recommend a pressed powder foundation, blush and eye shadow that doesn't have so much poofy stuff for me to breathe in when I'm applying my make-up?

(I know it's ridiculous but this is what I'm reduced to.) Smiley Sad
