Pre order help!

Hello I'm a newbie. Could someone please tell me how you preorder products? I got the JM tsv and have read so many posts about preordering Todays specials. How do you sign up to be notified what will be coming. Also can you specify only beauty products or do you basically get an e mail of what the next days TS will be?
