Porcelain Color Foundation? which one

I am trying to find a good foundation either liquid or cream that comes in a porcelain color I find that that color does not turn on me. Sometimes the fair or light colors seem to look dark on me, as I do have a lot of redness. the porcelain colors tend to tone down the redness.

I was wondering if any of you have tried a good porcelain color foundation, either from drugstore or websites.....a powder, if it is not drying.
