I saw a make-up presentation where they covered a models tattoos and the coverage was so excellent, you could not see them. My Nephew needs this type of thing to get a job he's after. Anyone remember who and what that make-up was? TIA!!

Could it have been IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eye? I know I've seen a demo too, but now I'm not certain of the vendor or product. I believe I've heard Dermablend covers tattoos too. You might try researching body makeup.

DERMABLEND AND COVERMARK BOTH WILL COVER ANY BLEMISH, TATOO, ETC. THEY WERE ORIGINALLY DESIGNED TO COVER SKIN PROBLEMS SUCH AS STRAWBERRY MARKS, PSORIASIS ON THE FACE, SCARS. Just like the poster above - he needs dermablend. it comes in a huge range of colors and it is completely un-noticable when applied and it works. I had a job years ago with a guy who had a huge naked lady on his inner forearm done with black ink. The dermablend and powder covered it and set it. Even in a hot humid restaurant it never moved.

HSN has dermablend, so does macys and it is online (but I would guess he should get color matched somewhere)
