Hi ladies,

I recently received a sample of a Pixi beauty tinted lip balm in a subscription box and really liked how the product performed. I was visiting the Pixi website and was intrigued by some products. Has anyone tried/used Pixi cosmetics? (I saw a post from 2012 that was pretty positive but was hoping for some opinions on more recent use.)

Thanks!

Hey I get ipsy too!

They sell this line at Target and I have heard good things about it but I haven't purchased anything yet. Still waiting for my bag but I agreed to swap the PIXI since I have a lot of lip products and I wanted to get something else more. But I am still planning to go to Target to check out the Pixi Lip Balm. (swappers regret)

They do have some nice products, but are kind of pricey so I haven't really made many purchases. I have an eye shadow quad that is nice.

I received the darker of the two pinks and although the color doesn't work for me, I really liked the way the balm felt. Perhaps I'll use the IPSY discount to pick up a few items. Thanks for the input!

I've never tried Pixi. I subscribe to NathalieK on YouTube. She did an eye primer test of 11 drugstore primers plus her Urban Decay Primer Potion. The Pixi did the best and held up to the UD! I've seen Pixi on YouTube and only heard good things.

I saw this girl doing a review on it and the stuff looks pretty cute. Btw, I've been using this brand called Botáni. It's all natural. They got stuff for anti-aging and acne. You might wanna check them out. They sell them at Yoji Living in the US.

I have the concealor in a little pot and really like it. Emilynoel recommended it on you tube and it's a great cheaper alternative to Benefit erase paste(I have not used). They have good eyeliners too in beautiful colors.

Their eyeliners do not budge! Great color selection. Only small word of caution: if you wear contacts, don't put on your waterline. If you get the liner in your eye and it gets on your contact, it will NOT come off. Lip pencils are nice too, but I haven't tried the other products. Check eBay. I found a few pixi products there for a nice price.

There is a collection online at the Pixi website if you wanted to take your Ipsy discount there... I might after this review. Smile

Ooh that's tempting! Sage Gold is one of my favorite liners!
