I have pink undertones. Very pale skin with a pink hue. If I wear a pink based foundation or powder, my face looks red/flushed. If I wear a yellow based foundation, my face looks dirty or like I am jaundiced. So, over the years I have figured out different ways to counteract it. Understand that being very pale is already an issue because 99.9% of all foundations on the market are too dark.
I also know that serums turn my skin 2 shades plus DARKER than it is and is very obvious against my neck- this is why I match my foundation to my neck. I use a white primer, a neutral (not warm, not cool but neutral) foundation, a green and purple corrector. Yes, it's a PITA. Yes, it means more time. Yes, it's more products. Yes, my foundation looks perfect and matches my neck and chest perfectly.
It's worth it; at least to me. There are so many lines that offer these products; spend some time online and research what works for you. Good luck!! ![]()
