I take a phytoceramide supplement but not AL's...it's too expensive for me. The one I take contains the same amount, 350mg, of wheat-derived (Lipowheat trademarked) ceramides w/o biotin. I prefer one w/o biotin. After about a month, or so, I started noticing how moist my skin became and it felt softer and looked smoother, too. I'm also using less lotion because my skin stays moisturized for longer periods of time. I won't be without this supp. It really works  for me.

@Sugipine  would you be able to share what you take..this product is a real winner for us, but it is very expensive...thank you

I'm happy to share that info Woman Happy @quadmimi

I buy from pipingrock dot com. Item number 8061 or 8062 (2-pack). I usually buy when it goes on sale for about $7 a bottle of 30 caps...seven dollars.

Here's the label on the back of the bottle:

I went to that site and currently its $23 for 2 bottles ~ which is still a much better price the Andrews ~

@CoastalGal,

The last time I bought Pipingrocks's phytoceramides was back in November, last year. They were on sale for $7.35 a bottle so I stocked up for a year. I won't need to buy again until this Nov. or whenever they go on sale again.Woman Happy
