I love Philosophy and have been using it for many years.  I wash my hands a lot having a family member with special needs.  I have had really dry and cracked hands....until, and why this took me so long to figure out?, I started making my own foaming hand soap using Philosophy!  I add water until it's the right consistency to foam   My hands have improved greatly and my husband has also noticed. If it's wonderful to shower with it's also wonderful as hand soap.  I am very happy with the results and love all the fragrances to choose from!
