Unbelievable how companies are willing to shoot themselves in the foot.  The new reps are unwatchable.

Are the new reps fairly young? That would explain a lot.

I don't know for sure, but my guess is the reps are hired by Philosophy themselves.  Another guess, which wouldn't be a stretch is, they get new younger people cause it's cheaper.  Less benefits, less pay, less everything. Also, they might be reorganizing and restructuring and the older vendors wanted no part in it. I have been retired for 20 years, I know after I left, the new museum co ordinater, had less hours, more work outside museum, more to do, less time to do it in. Endless circle.

if QVC is restructuring the demands and requirements on their vendors might be changing as well. This reaches out to all aspects of the QVC family. Everyone. Just a thought

I think Q had zero to do with this, this is a decision coming from Coty.

Heidi said on her facebook page that Philosophy was their employer. She didn't say Coty.

Philosophy is owned by Coty, so either name can be used.

I am very disappointed with Philosophy - while I love the products - the supply is disappointing.  I have had several auto deliveries the last few years for the products i love from Philosophy that have been un fullfilled.  Meaning, when its time for the next a/d - i'll get an apology email stating that bc of the demand of the product, the a/d can not be fullfilled. This hasn't been just one or two items, this has happened 4 or 5 fives times.  Some of these were TSV's.  I guess i am confused if you offer something as an a/d - why is there not enough product to fullfill them??
