Philosophy on eBay

There may be a thread for this but I searched and could not find an answer to my question, which is...

Where do eBay sellers get their philosophy products? I don't mean discontinued items, but products currently sold at the Q, Nordstrom, Sephora, etc.?

Are these products old/expired and therefore must be pulled from retail inventory?
