Philosophy, am I incorrect...?

Dara Lynn in her presentation said Philosophy always listens to its customers and brings what they want, but seems Fresh Cream, and Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere, as well as the Love fragrances, are always the most popular in TSV's and yet we never see these scents any more except in the body cremes and 3 in 1's.  They used to always sell out first in tsv's, so where are they?  And I have asked numerous times to offer these in Parfum and not EDT, but have yet to see this offered.  Others' thoughts??

@just wonder In actuality, none of us here really knows but companies want to be as profitable as possible. Although you may love a scent and assume it is popular, it may not be what it appears. Many times there are more limited colors, scents, etc. offered because they aren't a big seller. I do believe businesses listen to their customers and do whatever they can if it brings in revenue and they are able to find the resources needed.

I bought Fresh Cream lotion once.  I literally smells like a donut shop.  I don't want to smell like that.  In fact I don't want to smell like any sort of dessert.  Those scents only want me to eat sweets.  I love Amazon Grace though.  I was tempted by the TSV, but I have so much that I need to use up before I buy any more.

They did listen and remove the sulfates from the body washes. Now I have asked them to remove all the artificial dyes.

@Puppy Lips   I agree.  I don't like any fragrances that smell like food.  That also goes for candles.  I was tempted by the TSV too in the Pure Grace....but I have enough to last quite awhile.....

@just wonder Many companies do listen to their customers...but only if a suggestion/complaint is voiced by MANY customers. Your request alone is not going to prompt them to spend many $$$'s bringing in a product that their demographics tell them may not sell.

Just because a TSV sells out quickly in a particular fragrance doesn't make it the "most popular". It could be because they simply brought in less quanity, knowing that fewer people would buy that fragrance. The more popular ones (the ones they believe will sell more) are the ones brought in in greater numbers.

I like Fresh Cream Cashmere. The regular one to me is too sweet smelling. I like the Cashmere better..
