Philosophy Shower Gels

This may sound like an unusual question, but will some of you who love these shower gels please reply as to how you use them. Do you wash your face with something else, or, when you get in the shower do you just do an "all over" cleansing? I know that some are not recommended for certain parts of the body so how would you use them as a bubble bath?

I enjoy my Fresh Cream very much, but some days it just seems like it's too much trouble using a shampoo, conditioner, soap and a shower gel.
