Philosophy Shipping - R U Serious?!

I try not to post negatively, or be much of a complainer but I am absolutely appalled that the order I placed on 06/12, which shipped on 06/15 is just now in Los Angeles (I am near Detroit) and is not scheduled for delivery until 06/27!

This is not a mom and pop organization! I expected them to beat QVC, but now I don't think so! The shiz I ordered will prolly hit TJ Maxx before it gets to me, LOL!

Here is a kicker! They sent me two satisfaction surveys on Wednesday the 20th. What up with that?!

Sorry, just had to let it fly! Have a Happy Summer Friday and a bomb weekend too!
