I just started using his retinol serum with no results yet, but hoping.  I don't expect miracles but hoping to see a change at some point.  When I apply it I feel like it just dissipates on the skin so fast I feel like I never applied it.  With that said I was thinking of trying his glycolic pads so I may feel like I actually applied it and they also contain retinol.  Anyone use either or both of these products?  I'm confused.

I have used his Retinol Fusion on face and all over body with zero results, it really disappoints.

I considered trying it; however, once I found out it's not cruelty free, I will not purchase.

I recently bought his Instant FIRMx Eye. Been working with it and although it works very well, there seems to be a white cast to it. No flakes but it leaves a light-colored film on my under-eye areas. Not sure if I want to continue using it. I don't wear concealer either and not going to start.

No, it didn't work for me either. I sometimes wonder where all the rave reviews come from. The only retinol that worked for me was a prescription retinol (I forgot the name).

I've been using the PTR retinol serum for at least 5 years now. I see a difference but it takes a long time, I use it most the year and then take the summer months off.  I also use the pads once a week. I have a huge jar of his night cream for face and neck and LOVED that. But not an overnight result type thing. Am 69 and have nice skin with few lines and wrinkles. I do use a generous amount tho as I have the giant 6 oz bottle.

I find the 6.8 oz bottles very cheap on ebay, use them on my body under by normal body creams, but I dont see much of any difference.

@wagirl  I'm just wondering if you use the serum nightly, when do you use the pads?  You said you use the pads once a week, do you use the pads in place of the serum on that night?  I'm just not sure how or if these two products work together.  You can see I'm confused!

Thanks for your honesty on the length of time it takes these products to work.  I believe you.  So tired of people saying a product like this worked in a week or so.  Same with the claims made of the before and after results in two weeks.  Ain't gonna happen that soon.

@Biftu --I use the pads alone on Sunday night.  I then use the serum  the next 6 days. I hear you can use the pads more than once during the week, but I get red and a little tingly yet, so I use them just once a week and I use that same pad after my face, on my neck as well as my elbows, to get every little bit of stuff out. I've only started using the pads recently too. They seem a little more intenst than the serum is. I would say , that for me, the serum probably took t least a month or 2  to see a difference on my skin. Not a huge difference, but it looks more bright and feels smoother and I think it has helped alot after all the years I've been using it. I would try looking on Ebay for a small size to try it. I do that all the time--hate spending so much $$ for a new item and then having to spend more sending it back.

@wagirl  Thank you, that helps a lot.
