I did order the TSV. I have used some of his products in the past and felt they were effective but wow...confusing why so many products do the same thing. I use the peel pads so why would I buy the peel they showed on the midnight show? He has a couple of eye serums and I don't know why since they basically do the same thing. Does anyone have a regimen they use that is effective for the over 55 age group and doesn't involve more than 4 of his products? I have the kit he showed tonight with the travel sizes but didn't reorder as I don't like the lotion and I could buy some of the other products on ebay.

I wouldn't overdue the peel thing.
I used to love his products, but they are not cruelty free and I just can't buy them now. Wish he would change that.
Oh, to answer your question, I use an exfoliating cleanser, followed by Dr. Denese Clinical reserve cream (great) at night. I alternate the Clinical Cream with Olay Regenerist cream (two-fer at Costco all of the time. I also use Dr. Denese Retinol serum followed by argan oil on some days.
When I used PTR, I used the pads, jumped in the shower to rinse, then used Unwrinkle Day, then at night the PM serum followed by argan oil---on alternate nights, I used the Unwrinkle Night cream. I loved his stuff...but love the furbabies more.

KateChopin: I love his PM/AM retinol combo (the am is fabulous in protecting my skin from the sun). I am an avid animal lover (hence my sign on name), and when I heard that he tested on animals I immediately ran to my bathroom and checked his labels. The PM retinol states on the bottle that it is not tested on animals. I called the company about his other products and they told me that his products are NOT tested on animals, that it is a cruelty free company. So I kept the ones that actually stated it on the bottle. I do not have the unwrinkle cream as I love my Josie Argon Oil but I wanted to try this duo. If I do not see the notation on the jar, then back this goes.

I have the same question as the OP - if someone uses PTR, which exfoliator do you like better - the FirmX Gel or the Pads? Thanks.

Olay is tested on animals, too. I just bought an Oil of Olay Regenerist product and then found this out. I won't buy it again. Paula's Choice has a list of companies that do and do not do animal testing. http://www.paulaschoice.com/beautypedia-product-reviews/animal-testing/

Olay is Proctor and Gamble, a long time animal tester. They put out thousands of products....shame on them.![]()

I was not going to order his TS, but, I am low on my retinol and thought I might try his. The last one I bought was the Neutrogena Retinol. It was OK. I like to try new things.

Ive been using the Retinol Fusion for several months and I love it. I can tell my brown spots are diminishing (very slowly), it leaves my skin feeling very soft. I used the Neutrogena Dermatologica from the the Q and I loved it. I think in the long run the retinol fusion will out perform the Neutrogena. Good Luck on the TS.

First of all the name is Procter, not Proctor. I'm sorry but I am retired from there and we used to get so tired of people spelling it like the iron people (Proctor Silex). Yes, they do test on animals and I think I was the only person at the office that could not watch when the demonstrators came to the headquarters with the pictures of animals being used. It is so horrible that the first time I saw them I cried and had to hide my face. I would ask anyone to stop buying from that company. There are many products being made by them, including Cover Girl.

Thank you for calling to my attention the misspelling of the "P" in P & G.
My DH's first wife and husband worked for P & G. My stepsons would swear up and down that there was no animal testing done there, because that is what there mother told them. I figured that the horrific things that were going on were too terrible to be telling children. They are adults now and I have never brought it up again.
DOW Chemical is another offender of this terrible practice. I really think if most people knew the details of this, they wouldn't buy half of what they do.
