Peter Thomas Roth kit Questions and Help, please!

Hello! I ordered a five piece kit of PTR products that includes the Aging Cleansing Gel, FIRMx Peeling Gel, Retinol Fusion PM Serum, Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Serum, and Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Cream Hydrating Moisturizer; There are no "instructions" for use other than use daily, use twice daily, etc. Could someone please help me? I know the Retinol is for nighttime use -- should I cover that with the Cloud Serum, then the Cloud Cream? Or should I use the Retinol on its own with no moisturizer? The cleanser and peeling gel I understand -- it's just the retinol and cloud serum/cream that I find confusing. I do have very dry, sensitive skin if that is important to know -- and, I'm 63.

Maybe try calling the PTR customer service. There's a number to call on his website. I think that would be the best thing to do.

@RJGeorgia That's not only strange, but could be damaging to your skin. Definitely agree with @SilleeMee to call CS. Are there no directions on Q with the item number?

This is the problem with many sample sizes, no directions. They've got to do something to supply at least minimal instruction on these containers. If not used correctly the product won't work and a future customer might be lost. I used to get a lot of those subscription sample deals and some items are vague as to where you even use it and what it is supposed to do.

I have been using the retinol at night for a long time, and I'm trying the other products for the first time. I'm using them as I want along with the instructions on the pamphlet. This really won't help you in deciding when to use. I used the peel for the first time and my skin is glowing. Seriously I've never had a product have this kind of immediate result. I then used the cloud serum and cloud moisturizer and my skin looks pretty and feels wonderful. I'm old enough to know this one time use may not last but I'm definitely glad I purchased this on auto delivery.
