Peter Thomas Roth customer service

Has anyone ever ordered directly from the Peter Thomas Roth website? I placed an order 10 days ago & my credit card was charged immediately on that day. I still don't have a shipping notice or tracking number & the only contact info the site shows is an email address - no phone number! I've emailed inquiring about the order status, but no reply. I remeber emailing inquiring about the use of a product about a year ago & it took MONTHS for them to reply! Is this typical for his website?
