Is this " The End of the Affair" with Chaz and Wen?
Exactly Bella.
And now I know why you posted that on the WEN forum, DogLvr. Just trying to stir the pot.
I brought it up because when I have watched Chaz, he has spoken of his PTR and his clarisonic on numerous occasions. Otherwise, I would never know.
For an animal lover, this goes against his beliefs.
And I use Wen.
Again, how many on this board say they are animal lovers- love their dogs, cats, etc but still use L'oreal, Revlon, etc.? You actually don't really know his or anyone's "beliefs" except that they own and love their dogs or pets. That is about the extent of you knowing his (or anyone's) beliefs unless you have asked them directly.
That's your opinion. Others should be able to express their opinions, yes?
If I know of a brand (or the company that distributes it) that tests on animals, I will dispose of it and not buy it again.
There are many other choices that are widely available.

DogLvr,
I think many of the vendors give each other their products to use that that they are endorsed by them when selling on air. Jamie gives David It (which you can tell cause it is too heavy on his face) they also give tons of samples to the hosts. As much as Chaz is "one" with the earth and has a great sense of spirituality he is still a business man and does not tell others how to run theirs. He used to work a ton with Mally till she was over the edge on air way back whe than he backed away from her.
Not a fan of PTR but he seems like a nice person.

I use to use his PM retinol and some other products, but now I have switched over to Dr. Gross since he does not test on animals

I don't presume to tell anyone what to do. Nor do I check people's personal bathrooms. However, Chaz has mentioned this numerous times and I noticed. I don't tape his shows and I miss many of them so for me to take notice, Chaz does express his love for PTR "and clarisonic".
I cannot tell anyone what to do nor would I. I just wanted to bring this up because it appears to be so against what he would ordinarily do. JMO.
Sometimes, people are not aware of certain things. This could be possible in Chaz's case.
This is not a bashing, just my observation and thoughts. Bashing would include me saying "Chaz is a terrible and thoughtless person because he uses products that are tested on animals. Have you seen what some animals go through? Have you watched some documentaries".
Of course, Chaz is a very sensitive and caring individual. I found this out first hand last year.

It perhaps is the make up artist. I don't pay attention to this type of detail. Actually David, is a very good looking man, full of energy and has a fun job!
I use It cosmetics but always am open for new suggestions. BTW, Laura Mercier Fans...The face packet that was supposedly an exclusive for Macy's ($49.00) is available at Costco.com for $29.00. Tan only not the neutral. Bobby Brown eyeliner, too, which I purchased.

You could be right on that!! Last night he was not overly made up and Mary was and goodness knows she has real nice skin also ,she doesn't need heavy coverage. David is a great looking man with love in his heart and that comes through on the screen. Details are just something that I notice about everything in life, HD TV and 60 inch screens make it really easy.
Is the LM face packet a kit??

So are you going to stop using Wen?
hm good point. She is, presumably based on her nic, a "dog lover" so if that is the case, and she uses something that is cruelty free but the owner uses a skincare product from a different company that isn't, by her own "rules", she should no longer use WEN. Right? Or am I misunderstanding the point behind all of this?
