Peter Thomas Roth 21 Peptide Cream Not Sealed?

Someone just posted a review on PTR's new Peptide 21 face cream and stated they're not sealed. I called customer service to ask if they're supposed to arrive like that, she stated she had no idea. With this virus going around I'm a bit shocked at PTR for allowing this if this is true.
