{#emotions_dlg.wub} I ordered an Sub D autoship, thought about it overnight and cancelled the next day. I know they ship quickly so I didn't wait and figured I caught it since it was a Saturday order. I spoke with two very helpful service reps and they cancelled the order (I didn't think I would use that much of the product before they shipped the next order). Today, I got a call that the order had shipped but not to worry about returning it, to keep it as a gift. What a great present.
