I think some people will say the neck skin and face skin are not equal so they should be treated differently. Rather the the actual skin being different, I think the skin is likely the same, but the needs may be different. I just did a quick search on using the Sub D on the face. I didn't spend a lot of time on it, but did find a couple of reviews quickly; one person loved it and the other didn't see a difference.

i had posted this question on the Perricone forum. My concern was mostly due to the caffeine in it and how that would be for the face.

caffeine is used in eye creams alot and I have seen it in several face creams/serums before like PTR's skin spot corrector, La Roche Posay anti-redness moisturizer, Topix cream, 100% pure face cream, etc.
