@World Traveler - if you aren't in a hurry, keep your eye on the HSN website.  The Pearls of Youth goes on sale from time to time.  I have it on AS, 1.6 oz., under $50.  It's bound to come around again.

I love reading everyone's comments on Perlier skincare! The Royal Elixir line is the best for my mature, sensitive skin. I find the Royal Elixir products to be more moisturizing than Black Rice, although I do use the BR re-texturizing pads. As far as the Pearls of Youth; I find it to be somewhat drying, so just replaced it with the Drone Technology serum. I also use the Youth Creator, Night Oil, and Serum/Cream. Great products. Glad you are all enjoying them as well!

@JUDY FL   Great review! Everyone seems to be very gung-ho for this line of products and so far I have had fantastic results as to the feel of my skin. Too soon to see my face losing years and years of aging. LOL!!!

Surprised to hear you found the Pearls to be drying. So sorry. I hope I have better luck with it as I would like to try it. Just seems the fact that there are individual "pearls" in it that evidently burst open (perhaps like Peter Thomas Roth's retinol throughout the night), that it should be a good delivery system that wouldn't leave your skin dry. Bummer!

I came in the middle of their last presentation for the day and they talked about the oil being sold out, so I didn't get to order that. Next time I hope to try it.

Thankfully, there are only about 11-12 products in the Royal Elixir line, which makes it easier to try each one and see what works best. The surprising thing is that I wasn't even thinking of changing or trying a new product line. Guess it was meant to be that when I was channel surfing they were on. Heart

@World Traveler

I agree with @JeanLouiseFinch re the Pearls of Youth.  If you can, wait until Perlier is on HSN because often the Pearls of Youth will be on sale and AS.  Just looked at my AS on this product and think mine is the same as @JeanLouiseFinch.

Also, forgot to mention that I have the RE moisturizing cream that I use as my night moisturizer.  It's another RE winner.

@JudyL   You use the moisturizing cream for RE; so does that mean you don't use the serum/cream duo pump product? Or perhaps you tried it and don't care for it. I really like the duo and all it takes is one pump of each. I mix them.

Oh, and one other thing. I read on their website that the Pearls are to be used for 21 days, perhaps at the start of each season, or as needed for a boost. But it sounds like you use the Pearls every night. Is there any reason that you know they have mentioned that it shouldn't be used more? Perhaps too expensive to expect most people to use every night?

@World Traveler  - The moisturizing cream I use comes in a jar.  I'll go check the name of it - Royal Elixir Cream Of Youth.  I do not use the duo-pump product.  I remember Skip mentioning that they used to say to only use the Pearls Of Youth for 21 days but he says you don't need to do that.  Think he did say something about it being expensive so thats why they said that.  But on HSN he says thats not necessary - of course he says that when the Pearls of Youth are on sale and it's the larger bottle.  I don't know what the regular price is.

Can I jump in too?

I use the double- barrel night serum and cream as a PM eye cream.  The one in the picture is the old style. There were dispensing issues with the product not coming out evenly. The new style has two separate pumps on one container.  The reviews aren't great because the negative ones are discussing the delivery and not the product.  I'm happy with the product.  If I ever have trouble with the pump (not often at all), I hit the bottom of the container on the heel of my hand and it solves the problem.

The Royal Elixir Face Cream is a favorite of mine too.  So glad I got that on AS. The Youth Oil (same thing as the Night Oil, but a bigger bottle) is part of my arsenal too.

@JeanLouiseFinch   Yes, you may jump in! LOL!

I took that photo from the website but I recall him talking about the newer duo pumps, and that is what I received when I ordered the product. My fear is that it will be gone too soon. I do what he said, one pump each side, but the bottom of the duo containers is moving upward sooner than I thought it would for only having used it for about one week. Smiley Sad.

I thought about using less, perhaps half a pump each, but then it doesn't cover as much on the face. Now I pump each side once and mix them; then I have more to press in and spread around.

Sounds like you have experience with the entire line of Royal Elixir. I hope to get there soon. Smiley Happy Fingers crossed!
